History
To anticipate the progress that carries out the globalization era, in the year 1999 IPEKA Foundation has opened a high school in Puri Indah which was known as IPEKA High. Then IPEKA had opened a developing bilingual school located in its Puri Indah site. Now that IPEKA High had grown with branched schools across Indonesia, we have what is now called IPEKA International Christian School (IICS – previously known as IPEKA Bilingual Christian School) located in Jl. Meruya Ilir.
IICS continues its national curriculum and in addition, it introduces the Higher School Certificate (HSC) — a study curriculum from New South Wales, Australia. IICS High cooperates with 2 reputable schools in Australia. Those schools are Scots College (an all boys' school) and Catherine's School which is the oldest girl's school in Sydney which was found in 1856. Both schools are known through its academic achievements.
Extra co-curricular activities
IPEKA International tries to go beyond learning environment. Students and teachers here relate closer and even develop true friendships inside and outside the school environments. Our activities reflect this, and they are ranged from extra co-curricular activities and many friendly gatherings.
Co-curricular activities are developed in order to let students develop themselves in different environment and are not limited to in-class environment, such as field trips, online discussions and school events. Co-curricular activities aimed at bridging the relationship between students and teachers.
