Web Design
1.
The theme is "It's Easy To Be Green".
2. Each team will be allowed to bring:
- the full unformatted text content, in form of .TXT.
- raw photo material (around 1280px x 1024px)
- 3 set of font family (tentative)
- 5 audio file (under 500KB each)
- each team can get through faster re-registration process if you send the files mentioned here to material@icc.ipeka.net. Please note your team's number as the subject line.
3. ICC will provide each team with:
- two Pentium D computer with 1 GB of RAM and workspace of at least 5 GB in the local computer
- each computer is operated by Windows XP SP3, equipped with Adobe Photoshop CS3, Adobe Illustrator CS3, Adobe Dreamweaver CS3, Adobe Flash CS3
- access to a scanner in each lab
4. In addition to the computer, ICC committee have 20 pcs of Wacom Graphire 4x5 tablet
and 20 pcs headset. It will be served on first come first served basis.
Each team is allowed to bring their own Wacom tablet. ICC will not install any additional software driver and can not be hold responsible
for driver compatibility.
5. Each team will have access to a network directory through FTP access.
This directory
is where they HAVE to put their final result, in a directory called "web"

Each computer will be connected to each other, so team member can share/split their work.
Username and password will be supplied on the competition day.

Each team result will be judged from the webpage generated from the "web" folder
(ref. point 5), served through Apache 2.2 on Linux + PHP 5.
Marking will be done from the jury computers using Microsoft Explorer 7 or Firefox 2
and above.
MARKING GUIDELINE:
- interface development: 30%
- structure (links, pages): 20%
- visual design exploration: 40%
- technical details (CSS compliant et al): 10%
